This series combines cardio and martial arts and involves a fun and energetic cardio kickboxing workout for beginners to masters designed to appropriately and safely challenge participants at their own level of capability.
Cardio kickboxing is a popular fitness regimen that often replaces aerobics and indoor exercise equipment workouts. A form of kickboxing called Tae-Bo and other martial arts-inspired forms of exercise make up cardio kickboxing and is a total-body workout with a plethora of benefits.

Classes and Class Passes Cancellations and Refunds
Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable.
Class Passes are non refundable, non extendable, and non transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Always check your expiration date before and after your purchase.
Absence to a workshop or event is non refundable.
Workshops and events could occasionally be canceled by the studio. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your Just Move account if you choose.
