HIIT Classes

Expect a High Intensity workout in a group setting with camaraderie and challenges!

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training, and these workouts combine short bursts of high intensity exercise with periods of low intensity recovery.

During each class, you can expect an hour packed with a variety of exercises to give you a cardio focused, total body workout. Not to mention, every class will be different, so you’ll never be bored! Each exercise will have modifications to fit different abilities, making this the perfect class for varying fitness and skill levels.

 
 
 

Nia®

If you love the energy of a group class, Just Move offers an immersive dance experience with Nia® fitness classes. Our Nia® classes are Taught by a 2nd Degree Black Belt instructor but are suitable for all abilities. More than just a workout, Nia® fills a void where other traditional fitness programs fall short.  A powerful fusion of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness practices, Nia® is a holistic movement & wellness practice addressing each aspect of your life — body, mind, and soul. Using a system of 52 simple moves, each Nia® workout delivers full-body conditioning leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Practiced barefoot, Nia®’s purpose is to inspire and guide people to listen to the wisdom of the body, choose movement that feels good, and find connection in community. Nia® is for every person who desires to discover, explore, unleash, and enhance their individual potential to live a healthy and meaningful life.

 
 
 

Personal Training

Our experienced and supportive personal trainers at Just Move have the tools to help you reach your fitness goals by providing individual attention in a welcoming atmosphere. Our trainers will tailor a workout to meet your unique needs and challenges. With advanced accreditations in Fascial Stretch Therapy and both functional training and traditional strength training programs available, our staff can help you maximize your workouts. By working with a personal trainer, together we can address recovery from injuries, focus on form improvements and ensure your workout aligns with your personal health goals.

 
 
 

Kids and Teens Dance Classes

Just Move Fitness is proud to partner with the Pleasant Hill School of Dance to offer fun and creative movement classes for youth. Pleasant Hill School of Dance programs focus on building a strong technical dance foundation in a joyful and developmentally appropriate manner. The focus of class is on nurturing creativity and artistic development, and offering a warm and positive environment that all dancers can thrive in. Registration must be done through Pleasant Hill School of Dance directly.
