This workshop series will involve moderate physical activity designed to appropriately and safely challenge participants at their own level of capability.
Areas of focus will be grounded in:
functional bodyweight movements
balance
flexibility
core strength
playful exercise movements
In addition, we will facilitate conversations that are relevant to each exercise theme.

$200 for entire series or $45 per class
